The Elder Archimandrite Ephraim, the Abbot of the Holy and Great Monastery of Vatopedi, on Mount Athos, speaking on the First Sunday of Luke, as based on the Julian calendar, referred to the significance of spiritual life and the acceptance of God’s Will in the life of man.
